New summer cottage for a family or a small company of 4-5 friends

The cottage with a large terrace is surrounded by a lake and ponds for family or friends for the rest of 4-5 people, including children. On the ground floor there is a living room with a soft corner (sofa bed), a bedroom for 3 people, a kitchen with all necessary dishes, a dishwasher, a shower, a toilet. On the second floor - a bedroom in the attic for 2 people. In the house you will find all the important details: toiletries, hair dryer, towels, quality cotton bedding, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning. Next to the cottage there is a barbecue with firewood, spit, grill, seat bags, deckchair.

* Pets are not allowed
* We require to keep silence outside, thus it is allowed to sing and listen to the music inside only
Check-in is from 3 pm
Check-out is until 12 pm
